These Terms govern your use of OneFintel, operated by 1EOR Global UK(“we”, “OneFintel”). By creating an account, embedding our widgets, calling our API, or running our live demo, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
OneFintel is a SaaS platform offering compliance and treasury data modules. Modules are delivered three ways: as embeddable widgets, white-label sites on a custom domain, or via REST API. You select the modules you want via a paid plan tier or à la carte.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your organisation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
- You must not share API keys across separate corporate entities — separate entities require separate subscriptions.
3. Acceptable use
See our Acceptable Use Policy. In short:
- No reverse-engineering of authoritative feeds resold to third parties as raw data.
- No re-distribution of sanctions / PEP / adverse-media data outside your organisation.
- No use for unlawful surveillance or to facilitate sanctions evasion.
- No interference with rate limits or attempts to circumvent embed-token validation.
4. Live demo
The Live Demo is provided for evaluation. Each registered account is limited to two demo runs. After that, continued use requires a paid plan. Demo output is for evaluation only and may not be relied on for production decisions.
5. Plans, billing, and term
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Plans renew monthly or annually depending on the term you selected. See our Payment Policy and Refund Policyfor details. We may adjust standard pricing on 30 days' notice; launch-locked pricing for the first 50 customers does not change for the life of an active subscription.
6. Data ownership
- You retain all rights to the customer content you submit through the Services.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.
- We retain all rights to the Services themselves, including code, design, and aggregated data feeds.
- Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve the platform.
7. SLA and uptime
Targeted uptime is 99.5% for Professional and below, 99.9% for Enterprise, and 99.95% with a written SLA for Enterprise+. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure are excluded. Credits where applicable are calculated against the affected month's fees.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided as is. We do not warrant that any compliance verdict, screening result, or rate quote will be free of error. You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with notice and the opportunity to cure where reasonable, or immediately for legal cause, suspected fraud, or actions that put the platform at risk.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will post material changes here at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
